It's as easy as giving us a phone call or sending us an e-mail to place an order! Just tell us what you need.
E-mail orders - What would you like to send? Tell us about the occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary. Tell us about the recipient, such as gender, age, and their name. Let us know what message you want to include with your gift.
Include your name, address and phone number for us to contact you for payment information. (PLEASE DO NOT SEND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, SUCH AS CREDIT CARD DATA, VIA E-MAIL!) Include the recipients name, address and phone number as well.
Phone Orders - When you call our shop, we can help you with your order from start to finish. We will want to know about the occasion, the gift recipient, and what you would like to send.
If you reach our voicemail, please leave us a message with your contact information, your preferred phone number and/or your e-mail address. We are unable to process orders via voice messages.
Availability - We are available for orders Monday through Saturday from 10am until 5pm and Sunday from 12pm through 4pm, Central time.
Speedy Service - Most orders can be prepared within one to two business days. Personal delivery is within the first day the gift is ready. Shipping time is per our preferred carrier, UPS. Holidays schedules affect delivery time.
Gift Wrapping - Truly exceptional wrapping makes all your gifts stand out! We are talented with ribbons, paper, and crinkle wrap. Hand made bows and unique paper and arranging brings out the celebration in every occasion.
Shipping Nationwide and Internationally - We are happy to ship your items for you through UPS. You pay for shipping and shipping materials and we provide the service. We are unable to ship to patients in hospitals.
Local Delivery - Your gift will be even more outstanding when received by personal delivery! We are able to make personal deliveries to patients in local hospitals.
Most major credit cards are accepted - You can purchase conveniently! We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For corporate accounts, we will also accept company checks.
